Terms & Conditions

By using Twelve Hearts (“the game”) by Xo Games Studio (“we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for your personal entertainment on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store or Google Play. The game is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game.
• Do not use cheats, mods or exploits to obtain currencies, items or rewards.
• Do not tamper with ads, purchase receipts or the device clock to obtain rewards you are not entitled to.

3. Virtual currencies and items

Coins, tokens, heroes, weapons and any other in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else. They are a license to use inside the game only, and they are saved on your device, so they may be lost if you delete the game or lose the device.

4. Purchases and refunds

• All purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
• Consumable items (coin and token packs, offers) are used up when delivered and cannot be restored.
• Permanent features (such as “Clean Play” and “Premium”) can be restored with the “Restore purchases” button in the in-game store. If a permanent feature is refunded, it is removed.
• “Clean Play” stops forced ads only, and “Premium” gives you ad rewards without watching, within the same daily limits.
• Prices may change; the store shows the final price before you buy.

5. Advertising

The game contains third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products and sites they promote. Data details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and changes

We may update the game, change its balance, content or rewards, or discontinue features, without any right to compensation. An update may be required to keep using the game.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its art, characters, story, sounds and logo belong to Xo Games Studio or its licensors and are protected by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of data or progress, and our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using and delete the game at any time. Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms.

10. Store terms

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, and the Apple Standard EULA applies to anything these terms do not cover. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept it.
